Shadow Ridge HOA Mission Statement:
We volunteer to support home owners in our neighborhood in all matters concerning the Shadow Ridge community and its members. We will work to enforce existing covenants and implement revisions in areas where covenants are flawed, ineffective, or non-existent. We will support general community interests such as issues with the county and efforts designed to increase property values.
